Performance Capabilities
  • Power Support: Supports 400hp up to 700 Rear Wheel Horse Power (RWHP), providing a significant power boost with better towing manners with less smoke output.
  • Efficiency and Control: Maintains factory spool-up and exhaust brake efficiency, contributing to lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT’s) and drive pressure.
Advanced Design
  • Compressor and Turbine Wheels: Equipped with a 63.5mm billet compressor wheel and a 68mm turbine wheel, ensuring optimal balance and airflow across the engine.
  • Precision Balancing: Each turbocharger is balanced to 0.01 or less imbalance, surpassing the factory balance spec of 0.06.
  • Brand New OE Cummins actuator installed and calibrated
Remanufacturing Process
  • Core Rebuild: When built off a core turbocharger, each unit is completely disassembled, cleaned and degreased, sandblasted and surfaced then painted with high temp engine paint.
  • Quality Restoration: Rebuilt with all new lip seals and VGT scraper rings. All VGT parts are buffed and polished for smooth operation and extended lifespan.
  • Actuator Installation: An OE Brand New Holset actuator is installed, calibrated, and undergoes three VGT tests to ensure optimal performance.

  • All VGT Cummins turbochargers require the core to be returned within 30 days to avoid a core charge. A prepaid return shipping label is included. Please use the original packaging for the return.
